• The remaining balance is due before shipping or upon completion.

• I offer 3 minor revisions during the process. Major changes may require additional fees.
• You’ll receive progress updates and a final preview before completion.
4. Shipping & Delivery

3. Returns & Exchanges
• Due to the nature of original artwork, all sales are final.
• If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within10 days with photos of the damage to arrange a replacement or refund.
