 • A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to begin the artwork.
 • The remaining balance is due before shipping or upon completion.
 3. Revisions & Approval
 • I offer 3 minor revisions during the process. Major changes may require additional fees.
 • You’ll receive progress updates and a final preview before completion.
 4. Shipping & Delivery

 5. Returns & Refunds

 • Orders are typically processed within 10 business days.
 • Shipping rates and estimated delivery times vary based on location.
 • You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Returns & Exchanges
 • Due to the nature of original artwork, all sales are final.
 • If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within10 days with photos of the damage to arrange a replacement or refund.
 • Exchanges may be available for prints or certain items, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Copyright & Usage
 • Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright; the artist retains all rights.
